Meet Our Team

Constantine Janus, the founder of our agency, is a retired senior law enforcement officer with extensive experience in administrative, civil, and criminal investigations. Prior to retiring, he worked as a Deputy Inspector General for the State of Pennsylvania, where he conducted internal investigations, departmental investigations, and operational reviews. He has a well-documented record of significant, high-profile investigative accomplishments, including investigating economic crime, insurance and tax fraud, public corruption, and civil and criminal fraud.

Richard L. Schulman, our consulting investigator and practice leader in fraud investigations, is a certified fraud examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. With many years of experience in public administration and law enforcement, Richard has worked as a federal law enforcement officer, a senior financial investigator, and an agent-in-charge for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
