Our History

Today, as it always has been, the time-honored commitment of customer satisfaction remains our focus. Our history dates back to 1952 when Robert A. Estes, Sr. started a small company with a unique commitment to help clients. I, A. Joseph Zako, California State Private Investigator License No. 12465, started working with Mr. Estes in 1985 and became partners in 1987 after I received my Private Investigator license. Following Mr. Estes' retirement in 1993, I became the owner of the firm. Throughout our history, we have consistently built relationships with clients and partners to ensure the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry.
